Lost Items
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. If you think your item has been lost (and the initial 14 days have passed) Please contact us on 01782 829000. Returns authorisation
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by ringing 01782 829000. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card. |
